1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Mother E-Store (the "Store") and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store or make a purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay) and other methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

All content, books, digital files, text and images are the property of Mother E-Store or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased material for your own study only. Reproduction, copying, scanning, uploading, resale or redistribution in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of access and may attract civil and criminal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mother E-Store, its owners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products. In all cases, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. No Returns

All sales are final as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
